Joaquin B Soto Delgado
President of Elemental Financial
Joaquin has more than 12 years of experience working in Tax Preparation and Accounting industry; with an emphasis on working with entrepreneurs and small business owners. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from UCLA and a minor in Accounting from East Los Angeles Community College. He is currently registered with the IRS as a Tax Professional and as a Certified Acceptance Agent.
Furthermore, he is also working on obtaining his Enrolled Agent Certification from the IRS.
Beatriz R Segura
Office and Bookkeeping Manager
Beatriz has more than 7 years of experience working in the Tax Preparation and Accounting industry. She has management experience as the Co-Owner of LG Distributions LLC. Furthermore, she is currently registered with the IRS as a Tax Professional and as a Certified Acceptance Agent.
Accountant
Betsua has more than 18 years of experience working in the financial industry and tax preparation. She graduated from Concordia University with a double Bachelors in Accounting and Business Management with an Associates as a legal aid. Currently she’s focusing on working with small business owners and in furthering her education in the insurance industry

Harim takes care of all the technical problems around the office. Having graduated in Informatics from the University of Washington, he now has opened his own business to help his clients thrive and be the hero they need.
